After 12 years as an insurance adjuster, Steve Durham started SERVPRO of Paducah & Mayfield in 2004. His experience in insurance adjusting gives him insight into the needs of the insurance companies so he can provide the best customer service to clients dealing with mitigation. He is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our local residents and businesses. 

He understands the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage event and the disruption it causes your life, home or business. His goal is to help minimize the interruption to your life and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."

In addition to Steve's experience as an insurance adjustor the other team members also have the knowledge and experience to help make the process run as smooth as possible:

Mike Bone is Steve's Production manager with over 20 years in residential and commercial construction. Mike also works with customers and the insurance companies to make the restoration process as hassle free as possible.

Kelly Bone is the lead Water Technician and is certified in Water Damage Restoration from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). Kelly's attention to detail and good nature makes her an integral part of this company.
