Apartment that had major water damage causing massive mold growth.

At SERVPRO of Paducah, our goal is to provide the quality of service that keeps customers coming back. With the types of service that we provide, many of our customers are going through a trying time, dealing with major water damages in their homes or businesses.

In February 2019, Jim G. called us after a water damage, with ensuing mold growth, was discovered in one of his properties. Two sources of water intrusion, a window and an HVAC unit in the same area, were identified and corrected, and water mitigation, mold remediation, and restoration were performed.

In November 2019, Jim G. called again, water damage having been found again in the same property. The source of water intrusion was found to be a fallen tree limb on the roof. Repairs were again completed.

In December 2019, Jim G.  again knew who to call when another property sustained extensive damages for the 3^rd time.  SERVPRO of Paducah is currently in progress in the restoration of this loss.
