Flooded Lake House Porch

This flooded porch in Western Kentucky was the result of a busted pipe. The owners of the property live elsewhere, but have this lovely lake home to escape to in the summer time. Because they do not visit the property often in the winter, the busted pipe leaked water for weeks, leaving a flooded mess in it's wake.

The before picture was taken after drywall that was not salvageable was removed. Once the home had been thoroughly dried, drywall was replaced, wallpaper was hung, and contents were restored (as seen in the after photo.) The homeowner was very satisfied with the efficient yet thorough process of mitigation and reconstruction, leaving the property, "Like it never even happened."
